How is the product shipped?

We send our products from Finland and the shipping depends on your location. Mainly we use air freight.

How long would the shipping take?

We send the order as soon as we can. Two days from placing the order at the latest.

I want to return the product, what to do?

We have 14-days return policy if you want to return the product. The product has to be unused and in the original package.

The product appears to be defective, what to do?

Always make sure the cap is properly closed before you start the purification. The cap has to be properly closed in order bottle to work. If you still feel that your product is defective, you can return it to us and we will refund your purchase.

Can you drink other drinks than water?

You can drink anything you want from the bottle. Due to thermos feature, Hygea will keep your warm drinks warm. On the other hand, UV-C technology only works with water. We recommend
to always clean the bottle if you have stored a drink other than water.

How long does the battery last?

A fully charged battery can last up to 3 months. The LED light on the bottle cap turns red when the bottle's battery is low. The red light goes off when the battery is full

How to clean the bottle?

The inside of the bottle should be washed every time you receive a new product. However, the bottle cannot be put in the dishwasher, so it must be washed by hand
